Delivery & Returns
Delivery:
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Tough Technology will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Force Majeure:
Rugged IT UK LTD shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Returns:
If you need to return a product purchased from Tough Technology then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders:
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Tough Technology website, or by phoning us on 01-5549707 All orders taken before 12 noon will be processed the same day.

during / immediately following public holidays, orders may be slightly delayed. This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law

The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD and we must receive payment of the whole price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
General Terms
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by Irish law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. Payment Details
Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD accepts payment by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in Euros. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Upon receiving your order Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds in order to fulfil the transaction. No payment is debited from your card during this pre-authorisation check. Your card will only be charged upon dispatch of the items in your order.
Availability of Goods You Order
If Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.
Changes to This Agreement
Pro Auto Diagnostics LTD reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
